St. Albert Cyclones Junior Lifeguard Club or JLC is a great place to make friends, learn about first aid and water rescue situations, improve swimming skills and technique, and have fun! Our team goal is that everyone has a great time while learning various skills through activities such as CPR, first aid, competition swimming events, and personal fitness.
